How do I make a return?

If you would like to return an item purchased from softsnuggletoys.com, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. We will do our best to stop the shipment, but this cannot always be guaranteed. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process described above once it arrives.

Can I edit my order?

We are unable to amend orders once they have been placed. This includes changing items, adding products, or updating delivery details. If you need to make changes, you will need to cancel your order (if it has not yet been dispatched) and place a new one through softsnuggletoys.com.

Can I exchange an item from my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and then place a new order through softsnuggletoys.com.
